This short course focuses on recognizing early warning signs of risk through Key Risk Indicators and understanding how fast risks can develop through risk velocity. It equips participants with practical insight to monitor risk trends, anticipate emerging threats and take proactive action.
The purpose of this awareness intervention is to embed risk management into the day-to-day activities of all employees and communicate the value and process of risk management. Ultimately, this will lead to an improved risk culture across the province and between all levels.
